Therapy Partners Group is seeking a full-time Medical Receptionist for our Santa Monica Blvd location in Los Angeles. You will greet patients, answer phones, and schedule evaluations while maintaining HIPAA standards and delivering excellent customer service.

Requirements include high school diploma and proficiency with Microsoft Office; Raintree PMS experience is a plus. Bilingual English/Spanish is preferred but not required.

• Strong customer service and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information.
• Must be 18+.

Responsabilidades

• Greet patients warmly and maintain a welcoming relationship with patients and staff.
• Answer phones and greet patients; maintain a call answer rate above 85%.
• Adhere to HIPAA policies and procedures.
• Escalate patient issues to clinical leadership as needed.
• Schedule initial evaluations and follow-up visits.
