Job summary

ProSport Physical Therapy & Performance, a member of Therapy Partners Group, is seeking a full-time Medical Receptionist for our Costa Mesa location. The role supports front desk operations, schedules patients, and delivers compassionate care in a fast-paced outpatient orthopedic clinic.

Starting hourly rate is $21.50–$23.50, with a 40-hour workweek, Monday–Friday. Bilingual English/Spanish is preferred but not required; prior experience with RainTree PMS and MS Office is a plus.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of practice management systems is required.
• Experience with patient scheduling.
• Understanding of insurance plans.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients warmly and maintain a welcoming atmosphere.
• Answer phones and greet patients professionally; ensure prompt voicemail return and high call-answer rate.
• Schedule initial evaluations and follow-up visits; adhere to HIPAA policies.
