Momentum Spine and Joint is seeking a full-time Bilingual Medical Receptionist to join our front desk team. The role involves greeting patients, scheduling appointments, handling clerical duties, and supporting medical staff with administrative tasks in a fast-paced outpatient clinic.

Ideal candidates are bilingual, detail-oriented, proficient with Microsoft Office and EMR systems, and able to maintain patient privacy under HIPAA guidelines.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• At least 1 year of customer service experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and EMR systems preferred.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and privacy compliance.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and provide information at the front desk.
• Assist patients with forms and demographics in EMR.
• Manage appointment scheduling and calendar updates.
• Maintain patient accounts and collect charges.
• Answer calls, transfer to appropriate staff, and file documents.
