Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet patients in a welcoming manner.
• Answer phones effectively and coordinate communications.
• Schedule new and follow-up appointments.
• Check insurance eligibility and discuss the cost of service.
• Obtain insurance authorizations.
• Coordinate patient care and communicate with physicians and staff.
• Data entry and cash and copay collections.
• Provide appointment reminders and manage medical records.
