Job summary

ProSport Physical Therapy & Performance, part of Therapy Partners Group, seeks a full-time Medical Receptionist for its Culver City location. The role offers 32 hours weekly (Mon-Fri, 9:30am-6:00pm), with a starting hourly rate of $21.50–$23.50 based on front office experience, and a preference for bilingual English/Spanish.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent (Must be 18+).
• Experience with Practice Management System is a plus.
• Scheduling patient appointments and understanding insurance plans.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong customer service.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and HIPAA awareness.

Responsibilities

• Greets patients warmly and maintains a welcoming atmosphere.
• Answers phones and greets patients professionally, returns voicemails promptly.
• Communicates clearly with staff and external connections.
• Schedules initial evaluations and follow-up visits per plan of care.
• Adheres to HIPAA policies and procedures.
