Comprehensive Community Health Centers, Inc. seeks a Patient Care Coordinator (Medical) to greet and assist patients, manage registrations and schedules, and support the front desk with HIPAA-compliant data handling.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Two years experience in a medical office setting preferred.
• Medical Assistant Certification preferred.
• Certification through AAMA preferred.
• Experience operating a computer and word processing.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish, Armenian, or Russian.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist patients, register and check in patients.
• Monitor schedules and ensure registration areas are maintained.
• Collect co-pays and verify insurance information.
• Enter data in PM system and prepare welcome packets.
• Answer calls, screen inquiries and relay messages as needed.
• Maintain HIPAA compliance and report issues to Office Manager.
