Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Two years of experience in a medical office preferred.
• Medical Assistant Certification preferred.
• Certification through AAMA preferred.
• Experience in operating a computer/word processing.
• Must be bilingual in English and Spanish, Armenian, or Russian.

Responsabilités

• Greet patients, check in, and schedule visits to ensure a smooth patient flow.
• Register patient data, verify insurance, and collect payments per policies.
• Maintain HIPAA compliance and accurate medical records in PM systems.
• Answer phones, screen calls, and provide information to patients and staff.
