Bilingual speaking ability in English & Spanish is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service during all aspects of a patient visit.
• Ensure patient information is entered into the electronic medical record accurately.
• Collect and balance patient payments accurately.
• Schedule patient appointments based on needs and guidelines.
