Job summary

Little Spurs Pediatric Urgent Care is seeking a Bilingual Front Office Specialist for Potranco location in San Antonio, TX. You will be the first friendly face for families, handling check-in, insurance verification, and payments with accuracy.

This role requires strong communication, the ability to explain wait times clearly, and comfort working evenings and weekends. BLS certification is required, and authorized to work in the U.S. background checks are performed.

• Juggle phones, walk-ins, and systems during busy shifts.
• Document thoroughly in the EMR and protect patient privacy.
• Work closely with clinical teams to keep patient flow moving.

Location: 14249 Potranco Rd Suite 102, San Antonio, TX 78245

Status: Seasonal-Full Time

Pay: $14-$16 depending on experience

When We Operate (Schedule)

• Clinic Hours are as follows: Mon – Fri: 8:00 am – 8:00 pm
• Sat-Sun: 9:00 am – 5:00 pm
• Opportunity to travel to other clinics as needed
• Rotating weekends
