Little Spurs Pediatric Urgent Care is seeking a Front Office Specialist to welcome families and manage check-in, insurance verification, and payments. The role requires clear communication and quick, accurate handling of busy clinic day.

You’ll work closely with clinical teams to keep patient flow moving, document in the EMR, and ensure privacy. Evening and weekend shifts are required; bilingual skills are a nice-to-have.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Enjoys working with children and families.
• Current American Heart Association BLS certification required.
• Able to work evenings, weekends, and busy clinics.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. and pass a background check.

Location: 4522 Fredericksburg Rd Suite A-11, San Antonio, TX 78201

Pay: $14-$16 depending on experience

What We Need

When We Operate (Schedule):

• Clinic Hours are as follows: Mon – Fri: 8:00 am – 8:00 pm
• Sat-Sun: 9:00 am – 5:00 pm
• Opportunity to travel to other clinics as needed
• Rotating weekends
