Little Spurs Pediatric Urgent Care is seeking a Front Office Specialist for a seasonal-full-time schedule at our Potranco Road Clinic. The role focuses on welcoming families, handling check-in, insurance verification, and payments with accuracy, and guiding guests through the visit with clear communication.

Applicants should have a high school diploma, enjoy working with children and families, hold a current American Heart Association BLS certificate, and be eligible to work in the U.S.

Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the U.S. and able to pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Be the calm, welcoming presence families meet first.
• Manage check-in, insurance verification, and payments accurately.
• Explain wait times and next steps clearly and respectfully.
• Juggle phones, walk-ins, and systems during busy shifts.
• Document thoroughly in the EMR and protect patient privacy.
• Work closely with clinical teams to keep patient flow moving.

• Opportunity to travel to other clinics as needed
