Requirements include a high school diploma or GED, at least 2 years of front desk experience, knowledge of EPIC and NextGen preferred, and bilingual Spanish/English for Spanish-speaking patients.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 2 years front desk experience.
• Knowledge of EPIC and NextGen preferred.
• Bilingual in Spanish/English is preferred for Spanish-speaking patients.

Responsabilités

• Greet patients and visitors in a prompt, courteous manner.
• Answer phones; screen and respond to routine information requests.
• Identify caller and determine reason for call.
• Direct callers to appropriate person or place; take detailed messages.
• Schedule office appointments and check in/out patients; verify eligibility and update demographics; collect copays.
• Maintain patient confidentiality per HIPAA; keep work area neat and orderly.
