Qualifikationen

• State or national certification or graduation from an accredited medical assistant program.
• 1 year experience as a medical assistant.
• CPR or BLS Certification; Electronic Medical Record experience.

Aufgaben

• Manage patient flow; room patients, record vital signs, screenings, and medication reviews.
• Inventory supplies and stock exam rooms.
• Respond to patient requests for telephonic support (lab results, records).
• Administer vaccinations and point-of-care tests as allowed by state regulations.
• Import documents into EMR via scanning or PDF upload.
• Participate in care team meetings and manage orders for durable medical equipment.
