Qualifications

• Proficiency with computer programs (Gmail, Word/Docs, Excel/Sheets).
• Ability to use non-English languages as required by demographics.
• US work authorization.

Responsibilities

• Ensure efficient patient flow; room patients, take vital signs, complete screenings and medication reviews.
• Inventory supplies and stock exam rooms.
• Respond to patient requests for telephonic support (lab results, records requests).
• Administer vaccinations and point-of-care tests as allowed by state regulations.
• Import documents into EMR via scanning or PDF upload.
• Participate in care team meetings to discuss patient care and clinic operations.
• Process orders for durable medical equipment.
• Request medical records from external providers as required.
• Conduct routine quality checks including infection control measures and center lab maintenance.
• Other duties as assigned.
