Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Complete vital signs, required screenings, and medication reviews.
• Inventory supplies and stock exam rooms.
• Respond to patient requests for telephonic support and chart updates.
• Administer vaccinations and point-of-care tests per state regulations.
• Import documents into EMR and participate in care team meetings.
