Ideal candidates have MA certification, 1 year of MA experience, CPR/BLS, EMR and computer skills, plus the ability to communicate in non-English languages. This is a full-time position with comprehensive benefits and a base pay range described below.

Qualifications

• State or national MA certification or completion of an approved MA program.
• At least 1 year of medical assistant experience.
• CPR/BLS certification and EMR experience.
• Ability to navigate multiple computer programs (Gmail, Word/Docs, Excel).
• Proficiency in non-English languages as required by the center's demographics.
• US work authorization.

Responsibilities

• Ensure efficient patient flow, room patients, record vital signs and screenings.
• Inventory management and stocking of exam rooms.
• Answer patient questions with telephonic support and record requests.
• Administer vaccinations and point-of-care tests as allowed by state.
• Import documents into EMR and participate in care team meetings.
• Process durable medical equipment orders and medical records requests.
• Maintain infection control, check equipment, and support center lab operations.
• Support additional duties as assigned.
