You will resolve escalated issues, assist with Medicaid applications, document calls, and maintain accuracy across systems while meeting performance goals. Training is provided; full-time 40 hours weekly, with a pay rate of $17.50 per hour.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older and have a High School Diploma or equivalent.
