Job summary

Struction Solutions is seeking dependable bilingual Client Support Representatives fluent in English and Spanish to assist Louisiana Medicaid members. This remote role processes enrollments, explains options, and provides unbiased support across shifts within Eastern Time.

Responsibilities include handling inquiries, documenting interactions, and staying updated on policy changes, with a six-month potential extension. BYOD equipment is required and training is provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ year of customer service in a call center or similar environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent active-listening and customer-service abilities.
• Comfortable using computers and multiple automated systems.
• Ability to work with culturally diverse populations.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls in English and Spanish.
• Assist members with selecting health plans and provider preferences.
• Explain enrollment options and access to services for Louisiana Medicaid managed care programs.
• Process enrollments, disenrollments, and other member requests.
• Educate members about managed care, 90-day choice period, and annual enrollment.
• Research and follow up on complex cases and unresolved issues.
• Document member interactions clearly in English.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of program policies and changes.
• Escalate concerns to a Lead Agent or Supervisor when needed.
