HW Staffing Solutions is seeking a skilled bilingual Manufacturing Technician to support production operations by running equipment, setting up jobs, and troubleshooting mechanical or process issues. This second shift position runs 4:00 PM to 12:00 AM, with training on the first shift 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM.

The role requires reading production orders and blueprints, and to verify parts meet specifications before handoff, while ensuring quality output and smooth production flow.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED (vocational training preferred).
• 2–3 years of manufacturing experience.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
• Experience using hand tools (micrometers, wrenches, etc.).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Bilingual preferred.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and monitor production equipment.
• Troubleshoot and resolve machine or processing issues.
