Source Recruitment Solutions is seeking a Bilingual Industrial Maintenance Supervisor for the 2nd shift in Lowell, MA. The role oversees a maintenance team and ensures reliable production equipment operation in a food/beverage setting.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years in industrial maintenance, 3+ years of supervisory experience, and bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish, with familiarity in SAP and CMMS environments.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in a related field with engineering and industrial maintenance background (food/beverage).
• 3+ years supervisory experience in maintenance, preferably in a food/beverage plant.
• Electrical trade certification or similar diploma/license required.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish.
• Experience with SAP, CMMS; AutoCAD; SQF plant preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and mentorship to the Maintenance team.
• Repair, troubleshoot and maintain industrial electronic and mechanical equipment.
• Maintain refrigeration systems, Freon compressors and high-speed packaging gear.
• Oversee repair and preventive maintenance of food manufacturing machines.
• Monitor material handling equipment maintenance and safety compliance.
• Utilize hand tools, power tools, PLCs, precision testing instruments.
• Recommend improvements to senior management for maintenance function.
• Repair hydraulic and conveyor machinery.
