Source Recruitment Solutions is seeking a Bilingual Industrial Maintenance Supervisor for the 2nd shift in Nashua, NH. This full-time, permanent role manages a team of maintenance technicians, ensuring safe, reliable operation of production equipment, including refrigeration, packaging, pumps, and conveyors.

You will lead repairs, troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and coordination with engineering; require 5+ years in maintenance, bilingual English/Spanish, and experience with SAP, CMMS,

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED required; BS in Engineering preferred.
• 5+ years in related field with engineering and industrial food/beverage maintenance equipment.
• 3+ years supervisory experience in industrial maintenance, preferably in a food/beverage plant.
• Trade School Certification or similar diploma/license in electrical.
• Bilingual in English & Spanish.
• Experience with SAP, Microsoft Office, CMMS desired.
• AutoCAD and SQF-certified plant experience preferred.
• GMP standards must be maintained; ability to lift 50–75 lbs.
• Experience in a food/beverage manufacturing environment.
• Ability to work in hot and cold environments.
• Authorized to work in the USA without visa sponsorship.

Responsabilités

• Provide leadership and mentorship to the Maintenance Mechanic team.
• Repair, troubleshoot and maintain industrial electronic and mechanical equipment.
• Maintain and repair refrigeration, Freon compressors, blenders, and high-speed packaging equipment.
• Oversee repair and preventive maintenance of food manufacturing machines.
• Monitor material handling equipment maintenance; ensure service as required.
• Use hand tools, power tools, PLCs, precision measuring/testing instruments.
• Recommend maintenance function improvements to senior management.
• Repair and troubleshoot hydraulic and conveyor equipment.
