Source Recruitment Solutions is seeking a Bilingual Industrial Maintenance Supervisor for North Reading, MA, on 2nd shift. The role focuses on leading maintenance staff, ensuring uptime of high-speed packaging and production equipment, and maintaining safety and GMP standards.

Requirements include 5+ years in maintenance with supervisory experience, bilingual English/Spanish, and strong electrical/mechanical/pneumatic skills. DOE salary, full-time with full benefits.

Qualifications

• H.S. Degree or GED required – BS Degree in Engineering preferred
• 5+ years in a related field with engineering and industrial food/bev maintenance experience
• 3+ years supervisory experience in maintenance, preferably in food/bev manufacturing
• Trade School Certification or similar diploma/license in electrical
• Must be bilingual (Fluent in English & Spanish)
• Hands-on with robotic, pneumatic machinery, boilers, cooling towers; HVAC & Freon refrigeration knowledge
• Capital Project & CMS management experience
• Experience with SAP, MS Office, CMMS; AutoCAD preferred
• Ability to lift 50–75 lbs; maintain GMP standards

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership, support and mentorship to Maintenance Mechanic team.
• Repair, troubleshoot and maintain industrial electronic and mechanical equipment.
• Maintain and repair plant refrigeration, Freon compressors, blenders, high-speed packaging and production equipment.
• Oversee repair and preventative maintenance of food manufacturing machines.
• Monitor material handling equipment maintenance and ensure service compliance.
• Use hand tools, power tools, PLC programming, precision measuring and testing instruments.
• Make recommendations to senior management to improve the maintenance function.
• Repair & troubleshoot hydraulic and conveyor equipment.
