Qualifications

• H.S. Degree or GED required; BS in Engineering preferred.
• Trade School Certification or similar electrical diploma/license.
• 5+ years in related field with engineering and industrial maintenance experience.
• 3+ years supervisory experience in maintenance.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish required.
• Experience with robotic, PLC systems and HVAC/refrigeration is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Provide leadership and mentorship to the Maintenance team.
• Repair, troubleshoot and maintain industrial equipment.
• Maintain refrigeration, Freon compressors, packaging and production equipment.
• Oversee repair and preventive maintenance of food manufacturing machines.
• Monitor material handling equipment maintenance and safety compliance.
• Utilize hand/tools and PLCs; support CMS/automation improvement.
• Recommend improvements to senior management to optimize maintenance.
