Source Recruitment Solutions in Lynn, MA, seeks a Bilingual Industrial Maintenance Supervisor for the 2nd shift. You will lead a maintenance team to keep a state-of-the-art plant running, ensuring safety and minimizing downtime.

Responsibilities include repairing, maintaining, and optimizing food production equipment, with a strong focus on automation and mechanical systems. The role requires 5+ years in maintenance with supervisory experience in a food/beverage plant, bilingual English/Spanish,

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a related field with engineering and industrial food or beverage maintenance equipment.
• 3+ years supervisory experience in maintenance within a food or beverage production plant.
• Trade school certification or similar electrical diploma/license.
• Must be bilingual in English and Spanish.
• Hands-on with robotic, pneumatic machinery, boilers, cooling towers, HVAC and Freon refrigeration equipment.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership, support and mentorship to the Maintenance Mechanic team.
• Repair, troubleshoot and maintain industrial electronic and mechanical equipment.
• Maintain and repair plant refrigeration, Freon compressors, blenders, high speed packaging and production equipment.
• Oversee repair and preventative maintenance of food manufacturing machines.
• Monitor material handling equipment maintenance activities and ensure service as required.
• Utilize hand tools, power tools, PLC programming, and precision-measuring devices.
• Make recommendations to senior management to improve maintenance functions.
• Repair and troubleshoot hydraulic and conveyor equipment.
