Job summary

Rival Holdings seeks a Production Supervisor for the second shift (4pm - 12:30am) to lead and coordinate truss production teams. The role requires bilingual proficiency and a strong focus on safety, quality, and on-time delivery.

You will drive continuous improvement, manage shift meetings, and mentor staff while ensuring adherence to procedures and production budgets. The candidate should have 2+ years in manufacturing leadership and solid ERP/Office skills.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in leadership roles in manufacturing.
• Strong operational business acumen and people management abilities.
• Knowledge of construction industry standards, codes, equipment, methods, and contracts.
• Excellent interpersonal communication with diverse stakeholders.
• Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles.
• Proficiency with Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and ERP systems.
• Valid driver’s license to operate company vehicles.
• Role requires significant time on the production floor and computer work.

Responsibilities

• Oversee production areas to ensure quality, safety and service are maintained.
• Facilitate shift meetings and safety talks.
• Ensure production and delivery schedules are met and optimize lead times.
• Monitor production costs and inventory accuracy.
• Identify training and development opportunities for employees.
• Troubleshoot field issues as needed and coordinate with teams.
• Develop relationships with individual employees and supervise performance.
