Qualifications

• 2+ years of leadership and business development experience.
• Strong hands-on operational business acumen and people management skills.
• Knowledge of construction industry standards, building codes, equipment, methods, and contracts.
• Strong interpersonal communication skills to work with diverse individuals.
• Knowledge in lean manufacturing.
• Proficient with Office Productivity Tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and ability to learn ERP systems.
• Valid driver's license to operate personal and company vehicle.
• Job functions on production floor with 25-40% of work on a computer.
• Ability to perform physical functions with mobility (walking, standing, bending, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Advocate of the company mission, purpose, and core values in all activities.
• Proactively solve problems and communicate with leadership.
• Follow and enforce operational procedures and policies.
• Facilitate shift meetings and safety talks.
• Evaluate work environment to mitigate safety risks.
• Oversee production areas to ensure quality, safety, and service.
• Inspect daily opening/closing procedures and project completion.
• Identify and implement training and development for production employees.
• Monitor employee performance and provide coaching for improvement.
• Ensure production and delivery schedules are met and optimize lead times.
• Monitor production costs and maintain budgets.
• Maintain accurate inventory and coordinate field troubleshooting as needed.
