America’s Heartland Packing is seeking a Recruiter to support full cycle recruitment for the facility. The ideal candidate is passionate about recruiting, can work independently, and delivers excellent customer service with a proven track record.

The role includes sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer management, onboarding, and ensuring hiring policies and EEO compliance are followed. Proficiency with iCIMS and strong communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Must be able to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Diploma or GED.
• 1-3 years recruiting experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Must be able to effectively communicate in English (speaking, reading, and writing).
• Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Support all activities in the recruitment life cycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer management, onboarding, and hiring per policies.
• Deliver an exceptional candidate experience from initial contact to onboarding and orientation.
• Maintain postings and candidate data in the applicant tracking system (iCIMS).
• Communicate affirmative action plans and goals to hiring managers to ensure compliance with federal/state laws.
• Complete employment eligibility verifications (I-9).
• Coordinate housing or lodging after offers as needed.
• Build rapport with agencies and grow talent pipelines.
• Attend and coordinate job fairs to attract talent.
• Attract candidates via social media and local channels.
• Maintain recruiting reports and stay updated on best practices.
