Pilgrim’s is seeking a Recruitment & HR Support role at our Cold Spring, MN facility to attract and onboard hourly team members. You will coordinate hiring, support bilingual English/Spanish communication, and maintain HR records while promoting inclusion and staffing continuity.

You will build candidate pipelines, engage with schools and community organizations, and help ensure compliance with employment laws.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required; Associate’s Degree preferred.
• 1–2 years of recruiting or HR experience; manufacturing experience a plus.
• Bilingual fluency in Spanish and English is required.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and interviewing skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and manage multiple priorities.

Responsabilités

• Recruit, hire, and onboard hourly team members.
• Manage job postings and applicant tracking through platforms and SharePoint.
• Coordinate hiring with Spanish-English support for onboarding.
• Maintain HR records and ensure policy compliance.
• Build relationships with community organizations to develop pipelines.
• Represent Pilgrim’s at recruiting events and outreach activities.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws.
