Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or 6+ months of staffing or recruiting experience in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Experience navigating diverse recruiting processes and engaging clients.
• Ability to use dashboards and platforms to drive effective decisions.

Aufgaben

• Source candidates through multiple channels including schools, colleges, and social media.
• Write effective online job postings to attract active and passive candidates.
• Screen, interview, and refer candidates to fill orders.
• Maintain and update an active candidate pipeline and database.
• Leverage data to meet daily order fill goals and timeliness.
• Lead candidates through interview cycles and document all activity.
• Conduct drug screens, I-9s, and background checks.
