Qualifications

• Experience with appointment scheduling, collections, customer service or telemarketing is helpful.
• Recruiting experience is a plus, but not required; training available.
• A results-driven mindset with emphasis on increasing daily assignments.

Responsibilities

• Support the Recruiting Manager with daily hiring needs
• Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls
• Scheduling candidates for in-person interviews
• Source candidates through job postings, email outreach, and recruiting platforms
• Conduct phone and in-person interviews, willing to train
• Assist with proper skill matching to ensure the best fit for each customer role
• Complete data entry and maintain accurate candidate records
