Job summary

Long Prairie Packing Company, LLC, an American Foods Group Company, is seeking a recruiter to source candidates nationwide, conduct interviews, and coordinate onboarding. You will manage postings in iCIMS, verify eligibility, and collaborate with agencies to build a talent pipeline.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years of manufacturing recruiting experience, strong English communication, and a proactive, detail‑oriented mindset. Travel to events and other locations may be required.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old.
• Must be able to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• High School Diploma.
• 1–3 years recruiting experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Must communicate effectively in English (speaking, reading, writing).
• Strong expertise in all aspects of talent acquisition from hourly to management positions.
• Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
• Able to work flexible hours based on plant activity.

Responsibilities

• Source candidates nationwide across the United States.
• Interview and screen candidates via phone, video, or in-person.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers.
• Assist with pre-employment screenings, offer management, and onboarding.
• Maintain job postings in iCIMS and manage candidate data.
• Complete I-9 compliance and eligibility verifications.
• Coordinate housing or lodging as needed after offers.
• Build rapport with agencies to identify new talent and promote the company.
