Job summary

Paycom - ATS is seeking a recruiter to deliver comprehensive recruiting support, focusing on hourly positions. The role includes developing sourcing plans, traveling monthly to candidate sources, screening applicants, conducting interviews, and presenting offers.

You will also create job postings and assist with onboarding materials. The ideal candidate has 1+ year in recruiting, strong communication skills, and fluency in Spanish and English.

Responsibilities

Position SummaryThe recruiter is responsible for delivering all facets of recruiting success throughout the organization and assists in promoting a strong employment brand while ensuring a positive candidate experience through high, quality engagement.
