Job summary

Coast Packing Company is seeking a Talent Acquisition & HR Specialist to serve as the on-site HR representative for the Texas facility. The role emphasizes full-cycle recruiting, onboarding, payroll coordination, and regulatory compliance to support a high-volume hiring environment.

You will partner with facility leadership to attract and retain top talent, ensure HR policies are followed, and promote a positive workplace culture through compliant HR operations and workforce development

Qualifications

• Minimum of three (3) years of Human Resources experience.
• Minimum of two (2) years of full-cycle recruiting experience strongly preferred.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish required.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruiting for hourly and salaried roles, including postings, sourcing, interviewing, and offer negotiation.
• Serve as primary HR contact for the Texas facility and support onboarding and employee lifecycle.
• Process payroll and timekeeping; train leaders on timekeeping systems.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws, audits, and HR documentation.
• Advise supervisors on performance management, discipline, and development.
• Coordinate and support training programs, benefits enrollment, and open enrollment processes.
