Job summary

Coast Packing Company is seeking a Talent Acquisition & HR Specialist to serve as the on-site HR representative for the Texas facility. The role emphasizes full-cycle recruiting, onboarding, payroll coordination, and regulatory compliance to support a high-volume hiring environment.

You will partner with facility leadership to attract and retain top talent, ensure HR policies are followed, and promote a positive workplace culture through compliant HR operations and workforce development

Qualifications

Minimum of three (3) years of Human Resources experience.
Minimum of two (2) years of full-cycle recruiting experience strongly preferred.
Bilingual in English and Spanish required.

Responsibilities

Lead full-cycle recruiting for hourly and salaried roles, including postings, sourcing, interviewing, and offer negotiation.
Serve as primary HR contact for the Texas facility and support onboarding and employee lifecycle.
Process payroll and timekeeping; train leaders on timekeeping systems.
Ensure compliance with employment laws, audits, and HR documentation.
Advise supervisors on performance management, discipline, and development.
Coordinate and support training programs, benefits enrollment, and open enrollment processes.
