Job summary

Comrise is seeking a Bilingual Mandarin IT Service Engineer in Marshall, MI to provide hands-on IT support for end-user hardware, software, and network systems. The role requires strong Mandarin and English communication and collaboration with cross-functional teams to keep technology operations reliable.

The candidate will install, configure, and maintain systems, troubleshoot issues, and document resolutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• Previous IT support, help desk, desktop support experience or related technical role.
• Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11, Windows Server, Active Directory, network troubleshooting, Office 365.
• Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
• Strong customer service orientation and commitment to user satisfaction.
• Fluent in English and Mandarin, with strong verbal and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Provide Level 1 and Level 2 technical support for hardware, software, and network issues for onsite and remote users.
• Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, operating systems, software, and network devices.
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues while delivering excellent customer service and timely follow-up.
• Document support requests, steps, and resolutions in ticketing systems.
• Collaborate with IT team to improve support processes and implement solutions.
• Support IT infrastructure security and ensure compliance with policies.
• Manage and track IT assets, including hardware inventory and lifecycle management.
• Deliver end-user training on systems, software, and best practices.
• Stay informed about emerging technologies and recommend improvements.
