HotFoot Recruiters is hiring a Bilingual IT Specialist to support IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, end-user support, and systems administration for a growing technology and semiconductor services company in Phoenix, AZ.

This role requires Mandarin-English bilingual proficiency, hands-on experience with networks, servers, firewalls, cloud services, and cybersecurity. The position is on-site in Phoenix with full-time employment and a salary range of $70,000–$75,000 DOE.

Qualifications

• > Fluent in Mandarin Chinese and English, both written and verbal required.
• > Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• > At least 2 years IT/network/sys/cybersecurity experience.
• > Strong troubleshooting across hardware, servers, networks.
• > Knowledge of routers, switches, WAN/LAN/VLAN/VPN/IPSec.
• > Fortinet Fortinet FortiGate/ FortiManager/ FortiAnalyzer experience preferred.
• > Windows Server and Linux admin experience.
• > Microsoft 365 and Exchange Online.
• > Virtual environments: VMware ESXi, Proxmox VE.
• > Backup/recovery: Veeam/Veritas/NAS storage.
• > Certifications: CCNA or equivalent required; EC-Council preferred.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and IT equipment issues.
• Provide technical support and respond to employee service requests.
• Manage firewalls, switches, Wi‑Fi, VPNs, and network infrastructure.
• Support Windows Server, Linux, computers, servers, and NAS storage.
• Monitor networks, servers, NAS, backups, and security tools.
• Assist with vulnerability remediation, updates, and risk mitigation.
• Configure and maintain firewall rules; admin Microsoft 365/Exchange Online.
• Support VM environments using VMware ESXi and Proxmox VE.
• Manage data backup/recovery with Veeam, Veritas, NAS storage.
