AppleOne Employment Services is seeking a customer service specialist for a car insurance line. This full-time role requires Mandarin language proficiency and welcomes entry-level candidates who can speak the language. Office hours are 9-6, in a small office where attendance is important.
Temp-to-hire arrangement applies. Responsibilities include answering calls, delivering excellent service to clients, reminding customers to pay policies, and handling administrative duties.
