Job summary

The Juris Agency in California is hiring an Insurance Customer Service Assistant (Licensed & Bilingual a Plus). The role focuses on client support across phone and online channels, with opportunities to learn underwriting collaboration on Home, Auto, and Business insurance.

Ideal candidates are bilingual in Chinese (Mandarin or Cantonese) with strong communication, organization, and computer skills. Licenses are a plus and training will be provided.

• Partnership Management: maintain and develop agency relations with partners, vendors, underwriting and clients.
• Work directly with the agency owner to enhance marketing, client management and relationships.
