Job summary

Chase is seeking an Associate Banker to deliver exceptional client experiences in a branch. You will greet clients, assist with account openings, and educate customers on Chase Mobile App and online banking solutions, while maintaining regulatory compliance and delivering personalized service.

You will collaborate with the branch team to build trusted relationships, manage lobby flow, and support daily operations including cash handling as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Client service experience or comparable experience.
• Ability to quickly and accurately learn products, services, and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming environment by greeting clients, managing lobby traffic with a tablet, and scheduling meetings.
• Open new accounts and provide ongoing account servicing while following policies and regulatory requirements.
• Educate clients on mobile and online banking options including Chase Mobile App and Chase.com.
• Build trusted relationships by listening, asking questions, and collaborating with branch teammates to meet financial goals.
• Perform branch operations such as handling cash devices in compliance with bank procedures.
