Qualifications

• Client service experience or comparable experience.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Reading and speaking in both Spanish and English fluently is required for this role.
• Ability to quickly and effectively learn products, services, and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming environment by greeting clients, managing lobby traffic, and scheduling meetings.
• Exceed client expectations by providing account servicing and maintenance and opening new accounts while complying with policies and regulatory requirements.
• Educate and assist clients with day-to-day banking transactions including Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs.
• Build meaningful relationships with clients by listening, asking questions, and sharing product knowledge and solutions with team members to reach financial goals.
• Perform branch operations, including managing cash devices such as the cash vault and ATM, in line with bank policies.
