Qualifications

• Client service experience or comparable experience.

• Bilingual in Spanish and English is required for this role.

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming environment by greeting clients and managing lobby flow.
• Open new accounts and service existing ones while following policies.
• Educate clients on day-to-day banking using Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs.
• Build relationships by listening, asking questions, and collaborating with the team.
• Handle branch operations including cash devices while adhering to procedures.
