Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead all maintenance operations at the community. You will oversee staff, manage service requests, and ensure safety compliance with OSHA guidelines. Strong focus on preventive maintenance and high service standards.

Responsibilities include coordinating work orders, budgeting for supplies, and on‑call emergency coverage. Candidates should have EPA/CPO certification, High School diploma, and HVAC knowledge preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• EPA & CPO certification required; HVAC desired.
• Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate, schedule, and respond to resident requests and work orders.
• Maintain a preventative maintenance program to extend life of the community.
• Inspect grounds, buildings, and facilities daily for hazards.
• Supervise maintenance staff and coordinate with Community Manager.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and OSHA guidelines.
• Plan materials, bids, and vendor coordination within budget.
• Participate in on‑call emergency at the community.
• Maintain records of service requests and make‑ready status.
