Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee all maintenance operations at the community, work with the Community Manager, and manage staff and vendor relationships. The role emphasizes safety, preventive maintenance, and responsive resident service.

The position requires a High School Diploma or equivalent, EPA & CPO certification, and basic computer skills. HVAC knowledge is a plus, with on-site duties including inspections and on-call emergency coverage.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
• EPA & CPO certification required; HVAC desired.
• Ability to use on-site software systems; basic computer skills required.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Manage maintenance operations and service requests.
• Supervise maintenance staff and coordinate with vendors.
• Ensure safety standards and OSHA compliance on site.
• Plan preventive maintenance to extend property life.
• Monitor inventory and budget for maintenance supplies.
• Assist with unit inspections and make-ready processes.
• Provide excellent customer service and quick response to concerns.
• Respond to on-call emergencies as needed.
