Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to manage all on-site maintenance operations and staff at the community. You will handle service requests, preventative maintenance, and ensure safety and compliance with OSHA standards.

The role works alongside the Community Manager to supervise staff and coordinate with vendors for timely repairs. Responsibilities include scheduling, inventory management, and maintaining detailed records on work orders, inspections, and make-ready status.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.
• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Maintenance Management: oversee maintenance operations and staff on site.
• Coordinate, schedule, and respond to resident/management requests and work orders.
• Inspect grounds, buildings, and community features daily for safety and compliance.
• Maintain a preventative maintenance program to extend property life and reduce future repairs.
• Maintain records regarding service requests, EPA/OSHA standards, and work in progress.
