Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience as a Machine Operator or in a related manufacturing/production role.
• Fluency in English and Spanish.
• Hands-on experience operating and monitoring production machinery.
• Familiarity with standard machine operating and manufacturing procedures.
• Knowledge of workplace safety practices and proper equipment operation.
• Attention to detail when monitoring production and product quality.
• Knowledge of basic production and quality standards.
• Reliable attendance and consistent work performance.
• Willingness to complete initial training on 1st Shift before transitioning to 2nd Shift.
• Food manufacturing or bakery production experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Operate Production Machinery: Operate assigned manufacturing equipment safely and according to established operating procedures.
• Monitor Equipment Performance: Monitor machinery during production and report operating issues or abnormalities promptly.
• Monitor Product Quality: Check products during production to help maintain consistent quality and established specifications.
• Maintain Production Flow: Monitor assigned equipment and production activities to support consistent and efficient output.
• Follow Operating Procedures: Follow production instructions, safety requirements, and applicable food manufacturing standards.
• Complete Production Records: Accurately complete required production logs, machine checks, and other assigned documentation.
• Maintain a Clean Work Area: Keep the assigned work area and equipment clean and organized according to company standards.
• Communicate Production Issues: Report equipment concerns, quality issues, or production interruptions to the appropriate supervisor.
• Support Food Safety: Follow applicable GMP, sanitation, and food safety practices throughout the production process.
• Work with the Production Team: Coordinate with team members to support daily production goals and maintain an efficient workflow.
• Participate in Training: Complete required training on 1st Shift and apply established operating and safety procedures when transitioning to 2nd Shift.
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
