Candidates should have hands-on manufacturing experience, familiarity with ERP/MRP systems, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced bakery environment.

Qualifications

• This is not an entry-level position and requires hands-on experience operating production machinery.
• Experience adjusting, monitoring, and troubleshooting production equipment is required.
• Proficiency with production software and ERP/MRP systems is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Set up, calibrate, and operate production machinery safely.
• Perform start-ups, adjustments, changeovers, and basic troubleshooting.
• Monitor processes to meet quality, safety, and performance targets.
• Document production data, downtime, and inventory using computer systems.
• Follow GMP, safety, and sanitation procedures and maintain clean work area.
• Collaborate with production, quality, sanitation, and maintenance teams.
