Job summary

Four Seasons Resort and Residences Puerto Rico seeks a Concierge to join the Front Office Team. You will keep desk collateral updated, know area attractions, and establish vendor contacts to provide information, tickets, and reservations for guests.

You will respond to guest requests with warmth and professionalism, handle all inquiries and special requests, and assist with packages and mail. Fluency in English and Spanish is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a similar role in a luxury hotel.
• Ability to multi-task on several items at once.
• Working knowledge of hotel systems; experience with Microsoft Suite and OPERA/Concierge Smart preferred.
• Knowledge of Rio Grande and surrounding communities; bilingual English/Spanish communication required.

Responsibilities

• Responds to guest requests by assessing needs and adding personal recommendations to achieve satisfaction.
• Handles all guest interactions with hospitality and professionalism, accommodating special requests and resolving complaints.
• Assists guests with inquiries about hotel services, hours of operation, and local directions, using local knowledge and hotel practices.
• Processes packages, faxes, messages, and mail accurately and timely.
