Qualifications

• Bilingual in English and Spanish required to communicate with drivers and carriers.
• Experience in administrative, logistics, or transportation office roles.
• Strong data entry and computer skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Handle load documentation and distribute paperwork to drivers at the dispatch window.
• Perform data entry and maintain accurate shipment records.
• Send rate confirmations to local drayage carriers.
• Create gate passes and assist with transportation documentation.
• Support daily administrative and logistics office operations using Mastermind and AS400 systems.
