ManpowerGroup is seeking a Bilingual Outbound Logistics Coordinator in Norman, OK. You will support outbound shipping, coordinate with carriers and drivers, and ensure timely, compliant movement of goods on domestic and cross-border routes.

You will manage SAP-based shipping activities, prepare documentation, and maintain accurate planning data while collaborating with various internal teams to resolve issues and improve processes.

Qualificações

• Bilingual in English and Spanish (required).
• Experience with U.S. and Mexico customs, imports, and exports.
• Strong knowledge of domestic and international shipping processes.
• Experience with SAP and transportation management systems preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.

Responsabilidades

• Schedule outbound shipments with carriers and shipping teams.
• Manage and maintain drop trailer inventory.
• Coordinate with drivers, carriers, and internal departments to ensure on-time deliveries.
• Monitor shipment status and proactively resolve transportation issues.
• Ensure empty trailers are positioned for loading and picked up as scheduled.
• Provide shipment updates and address internal customer concerns.
• Process PGI in SAP.
• Generate Bills of Lading, Packing Slips, and Commercial Invoices.
• Maintain accurate shipping planning and execution dates within SAP.
• Update transportation events and documentation in SAP.
• Coordinate LTL shipments.
• Support the shipping department with additional logistics-related tasks.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and all applicable transportation regulations.
