Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Coordinate, schedule, and dispatch service requirements from pickups through deliveries.
• Serve as liaison between dock operations and internal/external customers.
• Track data, input information, and report to customers.
• Coordinate inbound/outbound documentation and inter-company communication.
• Assist planning on outbound volume and customer service activities.
• Prepare and maintain documentation and reports for dock operations.
