Job summary

Sunny Sky Products is seeking a meticulous Shipping & Receiving specialist to support inventory and logistics. You will coordinate inbound/outbound shipments, manage cycle counts, verify documentation, and maintain SAP/TMS records.

Experience in shipping operations and forklift safety is required; bilingual Spanish is a plus. The role involves daily paperwork, driver interactions, and collaboration with suppliers and internal teams to ensure accurate, safe, and efficient handling of

Qualifications

• Detail-oriented and organized professional to support Shipping & Receiving, Inventory, and Logistics operations.
• 2+ years of experience in Shipping, Receiving, or Logistics.
• Bilingual Spanish preferred.
• Able to perform manual work following instructions.
• Strong computer skills including SAP and/or TMS.
• Ability to operate forklift safely (training or demonstrated competency).

Responsibilities

• Execute and coordinate daily shipping office activities.
• Prepare paperwork for outbound and inbound shipments.
• Greet and log drivers; verify orders for pickup and shipment.
• Route freight to secondary warehouse; track orders and Bills of Lading.
• Maintain shipment records and daily reports; support inventory counts.
• Coordinate inbound/outbound freight with carriers and internal teams.
